A Picture is Worth a Thousand Words.

Photography helps a person to increase imagination and creativity.

We at Park Public School encourage students to open their vision to the fullest and their possibilities to eternity. There are no boundaries for student’s imaginative capabilities. The technical aspect of operating a camera can be learned in a day, but capturing a life inside an image is difficult. 

We encourage our children to learn that skill to open their own world, their own perspective.Each child is unique and different. We help our children to discover their passion and follow their dreams.

 Skating

Skating is the perfect way to combine fitness with fun. 

It helps people develop a fitness habit with a sport that’s enjoyable for all ages. The children of this generation are really the first to grow up in the age of fitness. Much research and emphasis has gone into the importance of lifetime health programs. 

Children learn early the benefits of staying healthy and in good physical condition. But with children, regular workout programs aren’t quite what they need. Enjoyment is the key ingredient in every sport or exercise program, especially for children. Roller skating provides just that.

As our generation children are trapped inside with indoor games, we at Park Public School encourage our students to play outdoor games also. We want our children to explore to the fullest. Our goal is to encourage our children to try new possibilities and explore them.

 Horse Riding

Horseback riding is an isometric exercise.

It uses specific muscles to stay in certain positions, in this case, keeping balanced on the horse. Because of this, postural strength is very important when riding and the posture of riders improves even in day to day activities.

Along with the core muscles, the inner thighs and pelvic muscles get the biggest workout as a rider positions himself or herself. Riders often have to maintain a squatting position while they ride, constantly adjusting to the cadence of the horse. 

This exercise helps with good overall muscle tone and flexibility.

At Park Public School, we not only focus the knowledge side but also the physical health of the students. We are very careful and designated that our students should learn all essential activities of the modern world and complete with it.
 

 Yoga

It Boosts Self-Esteem and Confidence: 

Yoga helps to instill confidence and to bring learning to children on an experiential level. Yoga teaches them to persevere, be patient, and work towards their goals. Yoga also provides tools for practicing compassion, mindfulness, generosity, focus, strength, and flexibility

Yoga is tangible. Through asanas, children build strength, endurance, confidence as well as the mind-body connection. Through controlled breathing and controlled movement, yoga teaches people self-control. 

As a result, they do not react impulsively or make hasty decisions even in an emotional state.
